Throughout the coronavirus crisis, Elder Law Associates PA has remained open, safe and available to assist our clients and their families with their legal needs. As an essential business, our firm will continue to operate during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We have taken some important steps at the office to protect the health and safety of our clients, visitors and staff members. We continue to practice safe social distancing each and every day. Our team is wearing masks and keeping at least six feet away from each other in the office. We encourage all clients and visitors to the office to also wear masks. Our offices are cleaned and sanitized daily, and our conference rooms are sanitized before and after each client meeting.
We encourage frequent hand-washing and use of hand sanitizer, which is placed conveniently throughout the building. We have limited the number of meetings held, and have reduced the number of attendees at those meetings. Many of our professionals are holding and attending meetings through Zoom video conferencing.
We are offering our clients the choice of meeting in person at our office or outside in our beautiful office plaza, over the phone or through video conferencing. Our team can take care of all of the initial gathering of information for matters over the phone and through email.
Document signings can be held in our clean and safe conference room with just the required number of witnesses observing from safe distances, or we can hold signings at our outdoor plaza, witnessed by our notaries and witnesses looking on from an indoor conference room. In fact, if you prefer, you need not come into the office at all but can remain outdoors seated at a picnic table in the shade and we’ll come to you!
Don’t forget – Elder Law Associates PA is offering frontline healthcare heroes free legal documents for all that they’re doing to keep us safe. You can find out more about that here.
