Why Choose Elder Law Associates PA?
Elder Law Associates PA is known for providing expert legal counsel with a keen understanding of the needs of both individuals and families and for our compassion for our clients. Our attorneys work hard to earn the trust and respect of our clients by educating them on the technical aspects of the law in an understandable manner.
We continue, as we have for the past two decades, working as a team with other professionals providing services to seniors and people with special needs and their families by providing personal, discreet and confidential client service.
We assist clients in planning for the possibility of disability, incapacity, home health care, assisted living and/or nursing home placement. Our firm enables clients to avoid impoverishment caused by the escalating cost of long-term care, to maintain their right to make health care decisions and to avoid unnecessary medical treatment.
